Policies
1. Shipping Information
We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping takes 1-2 business days.
2. International Shipping
We currently ship to select European countries. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please allow 7-14 business days for international deliveries.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order at any time by logging into your account or using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
4. Returns Policy
No returns on consumable items.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be decided on a case by case basis at our discretion, if you think you are entitled to a refund, please contact support@drinkbevi.co.uk
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged products and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
